Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, the item has to be returned unused and in it's original unopened packaging. If you would like to return and item, please email me at craftermoonhtx@gmail.com .

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping and cannot be refunded for the original shipping cost. When you return the item/s we recommend you ship them back with a trackable, insured service to protect against loss, damage or theft. We cannot refund you for items that are never returned or arrive back to us damaged.

Although, after placing your order, if you receive your package and any items arrive to you damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and original packaging and email them to me at craftermoonhtx@gmail.com immediately, so that I can arrange an exchange and file a claim for damage.

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email from me and the credit will go back to the card the order was placed with. Please be aware that credits to your card could take a few days to show up on your account. Please contact me with any questions at craftermoonhtx@gmail.com .
