Shipping policy

ALL US ORDERS OVER $75 SHIP FOR FREE

We pride ourselves on fast shipping and usually orders ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed. We are currently shipping most of our packages out through USPS. Occasionally, some packages will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. All packages are shipped with a tracking service.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

• All packages under 1 lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This service usually takes 2-5 days. First Class Mail includes Package Tracking, but does not include lost package insurance. 

• Any packages weighing over 1 lb. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service usually takes 2-3 days. Tracking and Insurance is provided with Priority Mail shipments.

• If you need a quicker shipping time, please email me at craftermoonhtx@gmail.com so that we can try to expedite your order.

It is very important that you make sure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If for some reason you realize that the address is incorrect after the order has been placed, please email me at craftermoonhtx@gmail.com so that corrections can be made immediately. If your package is returned "undeliverable due to incorrect address" you can either pay to have the item re-shipped or request a refund for the product only. The original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
